Figgi is a small studio in Avondale, and we hire people who care about the details — how a stem is cut, how a customer is greeted, how a delivery arrives. Current openings are below.

You'll work directly with the owner and learn the whole studio — designing, conditioning, retail, deliveries. No layers, no scripts.
Seasonal, local product
We buy what's at its peak, from nearby growers first. You'll handle better flowers than most shops ever stock.
Sane hours
Part-time schedules set two weeks ahead. Holiday weeks are busy — the rest of the year we keep it humane.
Room to grow
Retail help who want to design get taught. Designers who want weddings get brought onto events. We promote from inside first.
Seasonal & event help
We bring on freelance designers and extra hands for weddings, large events, and holiday weeks — Valentine's Day and Mother's Day especially. Tell us your experience and availability and we'll keep you on our call list.
