When am I charged?
Only when an arrangement goes out - never in advance. Skip a delivery and there's nothing to refund, because you were never charged.
What if I'm not home?
Our driver leaves the arrangement in a safe spot and texts you a photo of where. In hot or freezing weather we'll coordinate a time instead.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes - enter the recipient's address at signup and add a note. You keep control of the plan; they just get the flowers.
